Magnificent Wildlife Photos From Savannah to Arctic Circle

ILLUSION
How many heads do you see? Some people don’t get it, but to many it looks like this impala has two heads. It probably has to do with how the brain interprets patterns. I actually didn’t notice it myself until someone pointed it out. It is of course an impala with an oxpecker sitting on the side of its head removing ticks from its ear. The bird has sharp claws and a pointed beak and you can tell from the facial expression of the antelope that it is unpleasant, but it patiently puts up with the annoyance since the bird is doing it a favor.
