“The Enchanting Rainbow Eucalyptus: A Tree of Unmatched Beauty”

When Mother Nature wants to show off her artistic skills, she paints the Eucalyptus deglupta with vibrant colors. This tree, commonly known as the Rainbow Eucalyptus, sheds its bark in a unique way, revealing a bright green inner bark that matures into shades of blue, purple, orange, and maroon. Unlike other trees that shed their bark all at once, the Rainbow Eucalyptus sheds in sections throughout the year, creating a stunning rainbow effect. This gorgeous tree is also called the ‘Mindanao gum’ or ‘rainbow gum’ and is native to the Philippines, Indonesia, and Papua New Guinea. It is the only Eucalyptus species that grows in rainforests, with a natural range extending into the northern hemisphere. Out of more than 700 Eucalyptus species, only four do not occur in Australia. The Rainbow Eucalyptus is a true spectacle of nature’s beauty.
